Community Classes operate under a

pay-what-you-will model so that you can choose the pricing option that

works best for you.

Varied Mobility

Movement, and dance in particular, is one of the best ways to improve your quality of life!

Through targeted and appropriate exercises, fun music and exciting dance combinations, participants are sure to leave our classes with a positive impact on their mood and mobility. Classes will be offered by dance instructors who are professionally trained and certified in teaching movement to individuals with varying mobility needs.

Our current goal is to offer classes for:

  • Seniors

  • Those with physical and/or cognitive challenges

Once established, we hope to offer a practice facilitated by someone who specializes in movement and art therapy for those working with mental health challenges.

Stay tuned for upcoming varied

mobility classes!

Funding

Dance is an art form that transcends movement. It provides the ability to work through emotions and challenges, be a part of a greater community, and express yourself. It also can be an expense that many do not have the luxury to afford.

Check out the financial support we currently offer:

Community Closet

We've partnered with All About Dance to design a  program for people who face a barrier when it comes to the financial commitment to dance.

By collecting and redistributing new and gently used dancewear and shoes (at no cost), the

Community Closet provides adult dancers from all backgrounds with the opportunity to enter the studio with confidence.

Grant Opportunities

Through our Grant Opportunities, we hope to provide financial support to those wanting to bring dance into their lives. Through this program, you will be able to apply for anonymous funding that can be used towards dance classes, ensuring that

dance truly is for everyone.

Stay tuned for upcoming grant opportunities!

Training Programs

For those wanting to further their dance training beyond a weekly practice, and create a community of like-minded individuals here in Saskatchewan, we plan to offer Training Programs that are created with the intention of preserving and honouring the dedication to dance.

Our goal is to bring more attention to the dance community of Saskatchewan in a way that is affordable and accessible so we can grow the community and increase awareness of the benefits

of dance.

As well, providing professional opportunities for dancers so they can support themselves while training is of importance to our mission.

Stay tuned for more information on Training Programs!
